This Limited Life Warranty covers any and all the MENABO brand products and components, manufactured by MENABO (hereinafter “Menabo”), for the benefit of the original retail purchaser (hereinafter “original purchaser”) during the time that the original purchaser owns such product. The warranty terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other third party.

Subject to Menabo’s inspection of the product, Menabo will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at Menabo’s sole discretion, the defective product without any charges to the original purchaser for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty. Menabo may elect, at its sole option, not to repair or replace a defective product, in which case Menabo will issue to the original purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Menabo product or component.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, aesthetics oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, commercial use, accidents, improper or unlawful vehicle operation, or any modifications or repairs of a product or component not performed or expressly authorized by Menabo. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Menabo’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, theft, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with Menabo`s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover any damages to non-Menabo products transported using Menabo products or used in conjunction with Menabo products. 

This warranty only covers the Menabo products purchased in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

In case of a defective product, the original purchaser must contact the Menabo dealer from whom it purchased the product, who will provide the original purchaser with the instructions on how to proceed.  If the original purchaser is unable to contact the Menabo dealer, or the dealer is unable to remedy the defect, the original purchaser should contact Menabo by e-mail at:  customercare@flli-menabo.it

Upon contacting Menabo directly, a Menabo customer service representative will provide the original purchaser with appropriate instructions for returning the product to Menabo. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product to Menabo. In order to receive any remedy under this warranty (either by a Menabo dealer or directly from Menabo), proof of purchase such as the original purchase invoice or receipt is required along with pictures and/or videos and a detailed description of the defect, including how and when it arose. 

This Limited Life Warranty applies to all products sold after August 31, 2019.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

UNDER THIS WARRANTY THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT, OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY MENABO) IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. DAMAGE OR INJURY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, TO HIS OR HER VEHICLE, CARGO OR PROPERTY, AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. 

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLICIT, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.

MENABO`S SOLE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH HERE ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL MENABO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST SALES OR LOST PROFITS. 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
