Where can I find the dimensions of your products?

The dimensions of our products are in the data sheet, uploaded inside the product page.

What is the load capacity of my Menabo product?

The maximum load is always indicated in the assembly instructions and technical data sheets and must not be exceeded.

What speed can I reach with Menabo products mounted on the car?

The vehicle’s speed must always be adapted to the transported load and the current driving conditions, but it must never exceed 130 km/h (except where the limit of 90 km/h is expressly indicated). The current speed limits and other traffic regulations must always be respected.

Can I mount accessories from other brands on Menabo roof bars? And vice versa?

Before making any purchase, you need to check the product’s fastening system. For Menabo products, the fastening systems are indicated in the technical data sheet and assembly instructions, uploaded on the product page.

Can I make technical modifications to the product?

No technical modifications to Menabo products are allowed. This will void Menabo’s liability and the Menabo warranty.

I lost my keys. Where can I buy a duplicate?

Write an email to customercare@flli-menabo.it, indicating the code engraved on the product’s lock.

Where can I buy Menabo spare parts?

Find the spare part code on the second page of the assembly instructions and write an email to customercare@flli-menabo.it.

How do I make a warranty claim for my Menabo product?

You need to contact the retailer where you purchased the product, attaching images and/or videos illustrating the reason for the warranty claim, the proof of purchase, and the product label (with the batch number). If you bought it on our website, write an email to customercare@flli-menabo.it.

Which roof racks fit my car?

Go to the roof bars page and enter the make, model, year, doors, and roof type of your car to find compatible products. If you don’t find your vehicle among the selectable options, it means no product is available for your vehicle.

Can I reuse my old roof bar on the new vehicle?

If the roofs of the two cars are different (one with a smooth roof and the other with rails), it is not possible to reuse them, and you need to check the compatible model for the new car. If the roof type of the cars is the same, contact our customer service.

Can I mount the rooftop tent on my roof bar?

Check the last page of the assembly instructions and verify the presence of the indication “ROOFTOP TENT” and the maximum dynamic and static weight.

Which roof box is suitable for my car?

All Menabo roof boxes are suitable for any type of vehicle. After checking the roof box’s fastening system on the roof bars, you need to consider the transport needs and ensure not to compromise the driver’s visibility and the opening of the rear hatch.
