Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received via card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Paypal (Paypal account, installments with Paypal Pay Later).
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. In the case of company closures (e.g., holidays), shipments will be dispatched starting from the date indicated in the banner on the website.
Shipments are made via express courier with tracking, and no signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping of Bulky Items
For large items such as roof boxes, roof bags, and bike carriers, delivery times may take at least 10 business days, due to their size and handling requirements.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well-protected.
Orders to non-EU countries
For orders destined for non-EU countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland and others), customs duties, import taxes and/or local charges are not included in the purchase price or in the shipping costs. These costs, determined by the customs authorities of the destination country, are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for detailed information on any applicable charges before placing your order.
Damaged Items During Transport
In the event that there are obvious signs of possible damage at the time of delivery, we ask you to report it to our customer care by writing to customercare@flli-menabo.it or by filling out the Returns and spare parts form. If you have doubts about the condition of the goods, we recommend taking photographs and sending them to us as soon as possible. We remind you not to install damaged goods, otherwise it will be impossible to make a return.
