Shipping

The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment via card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Paypal (Paypal account, installments with Paypal Pay Later).

They are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with UPS Extra with a signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well-protected.

Damage to goods during transport

In the event that there are obvious signs of possible damage at the time of delivery, we ask you to report it to our customer care by writing to customercare@flli-menabo.it or by filling out the Returns and spare parts form. If you have doubts about the condition of the goods, we recommend taking photographs and sending them to us as soon as possible. We remind you not to install damaged goods, otherwise it will be impossible to make a return.
